Toledo Area Flower and Vegetable Growers Association

The Toledo Area Flower and Vegetable Growers Association (TAFVGA) is comprised of wholesale and retail growers in Northwestern Ohio and surrounding areas.

The association strives to:

• Encourage fellowship and cooperation among members
• Foster education and improve industry methods and practices
• Promote the industry to the public and encourage greater consumption and understanding of our products
• Promote individual and collective interests in solving problems at the local, state and national level in cooperation with local, state and national associations. 

The TAFVGA holds several educational programs throughout the year, including the Winter Greenhouse Conference in January as well as the Bedding Plants Clinic in February.  In additional, retail growers hold a retail program held in February of each year.

Maumee Valley Growers

The mission of Maumee Valley Growers is to sustain and grow the floriculture industry in Northwest Ohio.  This organization aims to:

• Increase awareness and preference of locally grown products from participating growers
• Improve efficiency of production through joint problem solving
• Grow the local economy by attracting new supporting business
